PEOPLE ARE TALKING ABOUT THEIR
NEIGHBORHOODS...GET INVOLVED TODAY WITH THE LATAH/HANGMAN NEIGHBORHOOD!!

Your work as a group will bring recognition from the City Council that you have met the goals for becoming a Neighborhood Council. The group will be officially added to the list of Councils. Your neighborhood benefits because you and your neighbors have shown that you care.

The Latah/Hangman Neighborhood is one of the cornerstone neighborhoods of Spokane, rich in tradition, history, and wonderful citizens! As a resident of Latah/Hangman, you have many opportunities to become involved in neighborhood events and decisions. If you are not yet a resident of Latah/Hangman, we encourage you to consider our neighborhood as place of residence. Each neighborhood is represented by a Neighborhood Council and each Neighborhood Council falls within one of three Spokane City Council Districts.article image
