Your work as a group will bring recognition from the City Council that you have met the goals for becoming a Neighborhood Council. The group will be officially added to the list of Councils. Your neighborhood benefits because you and your neighbors have shown that you care.

The Latah/Hangman Neighborhood falls within Spokane City Council District #2 and is represented by Councilman Jon Snyder and Councilman Michael Allen. Any resident of the Latah/Hangman Neighborhood can participate in the Neighborhood Council, and we encourage you to become an active member of your neighborhood. Kai Huschke (509-607-5034) is the current chair of the Latah/Hangman Neighborhood Council and it meets quarterly; 2nd Thursday of the month; Contact chair or vice chair for next scheduled meeting.
