Latah-Hangman is one of Spokane’s 29 neighborhoods. It includes the Latah Creek valley, the Vinegar Flats business corridor along Inland Empire Way, and the hillside areas of upper Hangman.
Neighbors here often call their own part of the area by its own name. That is part of what makes it interesting, and part of why the council listens first.
