Reminder: Neighborhood Council meets Thursday, September 17

Our next neighborhood council meeting is Thursday, September 17, from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. at The Conservatory, behind Vinegar Goods — 1930 S. Inland Empire Way.

Snacks and refreshments provided. Everyone who lives, owns property, or operates a business in the neighborhood is welcome — you do not need to be a member to come, listen, or speak.

We are taking nominations for Chair and Vice Chair. Stephanie Watson is stepping down as Chair and Duane Huesers is stepping back as Vice Chair, so both seats are open. Nominations are taken from the floor that night — you may nominate yourself or a neighbor.

  • Officer Micah Prim, our Neighborhood Resource Officer
  • Spokane Transit Authority on new service planned for Latah-Hangman
  • Land Use report, including the Thorpe Road long plat
  • The October 3 neighborhood clean-up and disposal passes
  • Adoption of the updated bylaws
  • Candidates for Spokane County District Court, Position 4
