A neighborhood council is a group of neighbors who volunteer to give our part of Spokane a voice. Councils advise the City, share information, and organize things that make the neighborhood better.
What we do
- Hold general meetings open to every neighbor
- Organize events like our fall clean-up
- Run an info line for neighbors without a computer: (509) 724-0331
- Send a newsletter
- Work on planning for Vinegar Flats and the Inland Empire Way corridor
